I was a little nervous about irritation because my skin is pretty sensitive , but it’s been very manageable. I do experience some mild stinging and redness after use, but it fades within about 30 minutes and hasn’t caused any lasting irritation, peeling, or breakouts. My skin adjusts quickly, and the results have been worth it.

The bar lathers really well, lasts a long time, and feels effective without being overly harsh. If you’re dealing with dark spots or uneven tone and want something that actually works, this soap is definitely worth trying — just be mindful to moisturize and use sunscreen while using it.

These Alisanda Kojic Acid soap bars were recommended by a friend who said they were miracle workers. She wasn't lying! As a 57yo woman who spends a lot of time working outside, the dark spots on my face have started to annoy me. I use this soap in the shower after a quick regular scrub cleanser, and also on my tummy tuck scar from last year. After only using it for about 2 weeks, I've already noticed the more significant dark spots on my face have started to face. With regular use, I'm confident they will all but disappear. Even my surgical scar has started to noticeably fade. I'm tickled that something some inexpensive (and you get TWO bars!) can do so much, so quickly. It fades the spots/scars, leaves my skin feeling soft and looking great! The quality of the formulation is obviously top-notch!

seems to work ok it dose dry out your skin a little but that is the because its an acidic soap little lotions helps keep things sooth. you do have to let it stay on the skin for a about 3 to 5 min and results take time but overall this a good product and seems to work. I had some dark spots on the back of my legs that has always bothered me and i can see some definite lighting of those areas after use over 30 days and about 2 to 3 times a week.

I love it! I wash face in shower, leave it on for about a minute before rinsing off. It did not dry out my skin. No breakouts, just a softer feel and glow to my face. Diminished appearance of some uneven colorizations on my face. It may not be for every skin type, as I see a few reviews about drying...but I have combination skin and I'm a repeat buyer. Highly recommend. Size and price point make this a great buy.

I initially bought this soap since I wanted to try out switching to bar soap since I thought it might be more cost effective/save space. I never expected to LOVE and rave about this product so much! I’m on my 4th bar and it has helped my skin texture and pigmentation a lot. I started using it last winter when I had pretty persistent eczema spots and strawberry skin on my legs, and after a while it cleared up and hasn’t returned! The texture and lather of this soap is also great and it is not drying AT ALL- I’ve also used it on my face a couple times and it works great.

My face started randomly breaking out with the regular products I’ve been using for years-clay mask, face wash, toner and moisturizer. So I stopped. Switched to this, and now I only use this and a moisturizer. My face cleared up almost immediately and 4 months later I still barely get any breakouts.

So far I like this product. It does dry your skin out. If you have dry skin I would not recommend using it daily. Lathers up pretty well.

Absolutely love this soap !! I have HS and this soap has truly, truly helped lighten some of the dark spots on my body with consistent use !! Great value for money it lasts quite a while. Would recommend to anyone with HS or simply looking to lighten hyperpigmentation.
